Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation when tracking information is available.

Shipping Destinations

Brace Central currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipping Rates

Brace Central currently offers FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase requirement unless otherwise stated on our website or during a promotional offer.

Any additional or expedited shipping options, if offered, and their applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping is generally estimated to take 7–14 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, and other circumstances. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.

When available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we fulfill an order in multiple packages unless otherwise disclosed before purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at bracecentral.net@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Brace Central is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, except as otherwise required by law.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, or the applicable shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at bracecentral.net@gmail.com.

Include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the package and product so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, certain delays may be outside Brace Central’s direct control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing significant shipping problems, but carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
