Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS

Brace Central offers eligible products for return within 30 days in accordance with our Refund Policy.
To qualify for a return, products generally must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund Policy.
Because certain braces, compression products, supports, and similar products may come into direct contact with the body, some opened, worn, used, altered, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for return, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there is a conflict between this general section and our published Refund Policy regarding a return, the Refund Policy will govern to the extent permitted by law.

BraceCentral.net is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology platform that enables us to offer the Services.
Purchases from BraceCentral.net are transactions between the customer and iKROM, Inc., doing business as Brace Central, rather than purchases from Shopify.
Shopify maintains its own applicable legal terms and privacy practices.
SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

Because our store operates through Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide related Services.
